**What You will do:

You will be trained all necessary knowledge and skills to do the following tasks:
● Data labelling, annotation & transcription of different data types like audio, images and video.
● Adhere to client SOPs/guidelines on labelling etc in order to meet client outcomes like Quality, Productivity & Utilization.
● Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction and help drive programs to improve metrics.
● Timely deliver different project's data at the highest possible quality standard.
● Help design processes for QA of entered data.
● Communicate and participate on project forums.
● Optimize existing processes, and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes.

**Requirement:

If You are dynamic, motivated and have passion in working with audio, images, video and :
● Excellent written, verbal & listening skills in English as the nature of work would require transcription of short audio notes.
● Flexible to work in shifts.
● Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.
● Very comfortable with navigating and using the Internet.
● Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
