Overview of job

• Participate in Agile Scrum software development team in order to deliver values to customers
• Work with product owners/development team/BA team to define and refine requirements/user stories, defects, and improvement proposals
• Review product requirements/user stories including functional and design specs from a testability standpoint.
• Design useful, efficient tests (Test cases, Test design, Test scenario) to ensure the product quality.
• Execute test plans and test cases and report defects in the Defect tracking system (Jira)
• Run Regression manual tests and report execution results
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.

• Bachelor or Engineer’s degree in Software engineering or related fields
• At least 3+ years of experience in testing web application
• Good understanding of software development life cycle, testing methodology, process and quality control. 
• Proficient in manual testing activities: Designing test case, execution, and reporting
• Average English skills (Proficient in reading and writing skills, basic speaking & listening skills; equivalent to TOEIC 500)
• Good communication skill with ability to collaborate with both on-site and overseas colleagues. Flexible in adapting to different situations, self-driven and taking initiatives in accomplishing team’s goals.
• Ability to quickly pick up new technologies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Agile (Scrum) and V-cycle software engineering process.
• Good understanding on our technical landscape below is a plus: Web-based solutions, Data modeling, Database, Knowledge of test automation and Cloud Native.
