About PayPense
We support your employees with money whenever it’s needed. PayPense enables management and control of employee-related expenditures – in real-time. We’re a corporate credit card and expense management system for any B2B and T&E spending where employees can apply for funds in real-time. Whenever an employee has to make expenses for their company, we come into play. We have not only revolutionized the way payment and approval are made, but also what happens to all the documents and how decisions can be derived from them.

Your mission is to further develop and shape PayPense and its solutions and make it the next big thing together with a great team.

In the position of the Mobile App Developer, to further improve PayPense and get the design on a new level. 

Your challenge: 

• You implement complex mobile applications for our next generation customer insight data & AI platform in Kotlin for Android
• You work closely with designers, developers, product owners and data & AI experts as part of an agile development process to achieve the best possible results
• You relentlessly work on software and system optimizations, helping to identify and remove potential performance bottlenecks
• You follow the latest technological developments in the mobile application area with great interest and use them sensibly with us

• You have hands-on experience as an Android developer with a focus on dynamic surface development, professional in the common mobile application and Java technologies
• You are familiar with Kotlin for Android
• You are able to put yourself in the shoes of the users and be a steward of crafting great experiences
• You have practical experience with Scrum and/or Kanban framework
