Overview of job
We are looking for a Data Product and Operations Executive to join the Data team as the company expands into more markets across the region. The candidate is responsible for planning and working on operations and project implementation.
Responsibilities
- Handling questions about how the product works (through internal documentation).
- Assisting customers and operator partners about their data and report queries.
- Work hand-in-hand with other teams and operator partners to clear operation issues about data (Application UI/ Dashboard/ Reports). Including investigate, troubleshoot, escalate to engineers and follow up until the issue is resolved)
- Working closely with the Academy Team to document the knowledge for distribution and training of the internal stakeholders, operator partners and customers.
Job Requirement
- At least 1- year experience in a similar position. Fresh graduates are welcome as well.
- Logical & critical thinking is the most important key to this position.
- Proficient in English writing and speaking.
- Interested in the data field generally (especially in Data Visualization, Statistical Analysis). Meticulous with numbers.
- Experience in dealing with international partners or customer service experience would be useful.
- Can-do attitude, good adaptability, high responsibility.
- Be able to work individually and part of a team
- Have experience working with data analytic tool like MS Power BI, MS Excel is an advantage
- Have hands on experience with SQL is an advantage
- Have understanding of event stream design or Kafka framework is an advantage
- Having experience using source-available data visualization dashboard software (Kibana) is a big plus
