- Xây dựng quy trình cùng team, cái tiến quy trình phù hơp khi triển khai
- Triển khai quy trình tới các dự án phần mềm
- Nghiên cứu hệ thống qui trình mới để vận hành vào dự án ở CMC Global
Job Requirement
- Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm là QA dự án software developmemt, ưu tiên đã có kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ dự án outsourcing.
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về các mô hình phát triển phần mềm: WaterFall, Scrum
- Có kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ dự án Scrum tối thiểu 1 năm.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng và hỗ trợ project team sử dụng các tool quản trị dự án Jira, Redmine.
- Kỹ năng excel tốt (thành thạo sử dụng các hàm cơ bản, biết dùng pivot, vẽ chart)
- Có kinh nghiệm vận dụng các phương pháp phân tích: 5W, Fishbone, Pareto chart...
- Khả năng trình bày văn bản, giao tiếp tốt.
- Khả năng đọc hiểu tiếng Anh trung bình.
