Overview of job

• Design and develop products based on requirements from Product Owner. Ensure good performance and user experience of products.
• Operate and manage development team.
• Research and improve technology stacks.

Technical skills:

• Programming languages:
  • Fluent in ReactJS and Java or/and NodeJS
  • Experienced in Java/C/C++ development or similar stack related to compiled language.
  • Good understanding of Flutter, Kotlin, Swift
• Front-end:
  • Browser element: VanillaJS (ES5, ES6), DOM, Canvas, HTML5, CSS, SCSS, SASS.
  • Networking Protocol: Http, WebSocket.
  • Networking interface: REST, GraphQL.
  • Browser API - selectors, canvas, cookies,local-storage và browser events.
• Back-end: 
  • Understand and fluent in SQL/NoSQL databases, able to communicate with database using raw clients and ORM/ODM clients.
  • Fluent in OOP/FP paradigm.
  • Solid concept of multithreading/multiprocessing and CAP Theorem in distributed computing.
• Mobile:
  • Good understanding of mobile development, in both Android and iOS using React Native.
  • Deployed at least one mobile-first application to Playstore/AppStore.
• General system:
  • Solid in cloud-native technology (container, kubernetes, serverless) and DevOps culture.
  • Strong knowledge in Queue system (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and in-memory cache (Redis/Memcached)
  • Proven efficient database and system design
  • Pose strong ability in detecting system bottle neck and optimizing system performance.
  • Experienced in both on-premise and cloud deployment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of hands-on coding experience with NodeJS or/and Java, ReactJS and React Native. At least 4 years of proven experience in managing team size over 20 developers.
• Strong communication, management skills and leadership skill.
• Able to translate business requirements to technical solution. Able to plan and monitor development progression daily.
• Have strong product mindset, able to focus not only on technical but also user experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
