Overview of job

• Design and develop interfaces for Web/App on Flutter/React Native platform
• Collaborate with colleagues and Backend team to develop new user-responsive features.
• Propose methods to improve the interface and graphics on the Website/App
• Ability to create flexible, responsive interfaces that adapt to different devices and screen sizes
• Support Backend Developer during programming or troubleshooting arising problems
• Receive feedback from customers and users and give solutions
• Participate in project supervision to ensure technical quality and coding quality
• Responsible for instructing members on coding, technology, and orienting the development of functions according to design and architectural documents
• Research about the company's technologies
• Understanding of interface design and user experience
• Ability to optimize performance and page load

1. Qualification: Technical University Graduated.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years experience with Javascript, Flutter, React Native
3. Job requirements:

• Experience in working with software development processes (Scrum/Agile/Kanban)
• Experience in working with ELK, Open tracing, Sonarqube, and Jenkins is an advantage
• Proficient in code versioning tools such as SubVersion and Git
• Ability to review code, standardize code, and comply with coding conventions
• Have a good communication skill to work in a team
• Should be able to learn new technologies and skills quickly and apply to work.
• Should be able to guide/teach fellow junior-level programmers.
• Have good logical thinking
• Ability to research in-depth and solve problems
• Ability to read/write documents in English.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environment
• Ability to speak in English at the business level
• Ability to multitask
• Skill in analytical and situation-handling
