Overview of job
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.
- Communicate with multiple teams (creative design, marketing, product...) to understand and gather the requirements.
- Analyze requirements or ideas, and propose suitable approaches that bring high value to the stakeholders.
- Translates business requirements into functional requirements, mock-ups, and diagrams.
- Write business software specifications/user stories/acceptance criteria.
- Work with the development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems.
- Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development.
- Tracking all change requests from customers. Manage all requirements, specifications, and change requests of the project.
- Prepare UAT test cases, test data, and test flow and carry out.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a BA role.
- Knowledge of the software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
- Proficient in using mockup/wireframe creation tools (Figma).
- Work experience in Agile/Scrum Development Team.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Strong communication and lead discussions with the customer.
- Logical thinking, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
