- Có kinh nghiệm leader và quản lý team từ 3+ trở lên, xây dựng tiêu chuẩn cho team phát triển
- Sử dụng tốt git, docker
- Thành thạo AWS
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các dự án khách hàng Nhật Bản
