PASONA TECH VIETNAM is a 100% Japanese-owned company specializing in producing software and providing information technology services for domestic and foreign Japanese companies. Due to our business expansion, we have expanded a new enterprise in Da Nang to provide BPO services and human resource development, focusing on the digital field. We are currently recruiting for management position. We are looking for people who can drive our systems development business forward at our new enterprise!

• Work with clients, hear and analyse clients' requirements
• Project management: members management, progress management, quality control, arising issues management, budget management… during the project implementation
• Risk management and other management expetises
•  Staff training (job instruction, career orientation)
• Join in IT staff recruitment process
• Create measures for information security management

Working hours:

• Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 17:00

Requirements (Compulsory)

• Japanese: equivalent to N3~ level
• English: good in reading, conversational English
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the IT field, of which at least 2-3 years in Manager position
• Understanding of popular Programming Languages ​​(such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and Software Development Technologies (such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Good at team management, leadership and communication skills.
• Sense of responsibility, creativity and initiative in work.

Preference:

• Experience working in Japanese company
• Ability to communicate in English fluently
• Knowledge of ISMS
