We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior/Lead .NET Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing and scaling the client's e-commerce platform. This individual will work closely with the client's development team, leveraging their expertise in .NET technologies to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the client's evolving business needs.

In this role you will

• Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for the e-commerce platform, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to designing and implementing robust and scalable solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the project team, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and technical issues, working closely with the third-party audit team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and code quality.

• 5+ years of proven experience developing web applications using .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.
• A solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and the common challenges related to performance and scalability. Experience with high-volume transactional systems is a major plus.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning techniques.
• Experienced with Elasticsearch.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating effectively within a team, and adapting to evolving requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, break them down into manageable components, and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work seamlessly with technical and non-technical team members.

Big Bonus

• Experience with ASP.NET Core is beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Knowledge of message queues and distributed systems is beneficial.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques is a plus.
• Japanese Language Skills: Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese business context is a plus.
