Technical Solution (70%)

  • Scrum meeting, discussion and coordinate with Product Managers, Tech Leaders in the process from Design, Code, Review and Testing to contribute good quality.
  • Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements tops the business analyst's list of responsibilities.
  • Define scope, time, product analyst to execute the project on time and contribute a high-quality delivery
  • Evaluate requirements, task, issue process to clarify, adjust and update to get mutual agreement in method, approach, algorithm with Product Managers; to understand desired technical solution for the Portfolio Items and associated Stories. Ensure proper technical breakdown is noted in Tasks so developers have what they need when they start on their work.
  • Working on Source codes control system and CI-CD tool (Git Bitbucket, Teamcity…) to integrate with Company's source codes to build versions for testing purpose.
  • Take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives. Be capable of understanding and contributing the technical solution within design to code level; on the Portfolio Items and Stories, make sure all the stories have clear descriptions (scope) and are ready for the team to work on.
  • Ensure the team follows the right technical requirements, right processes, meets the deadline and achieves the set goals.

Project execution (20%)

  • Document technical designs, processes, and create requirement analysis documents.
  • In charge of the implementation of new technologies and providing recommendations and informing stakeholders about potential threats.
  • Review code, standardization code, and business requirements for developer team.

  • Coordinate with Stakeholders and QA Team to make sure the project is executed smoothly.

Leadership (10%)

  • Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members.

  • Oversee employee performance reviews and the company’s Objectives.
  • Coach and mentor middle/senior developers.

Job Requirement

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 5+ years of Extensive experience in .NET Development for Window Application, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex simulations projects.
  • Minimum 2+ years in Technical Architect or Tech Lead.
  • Experience of people management and the ability to lead and influence others.
  • Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Multi-layer Architectures, SOA/Microservices, SOAP and REST Services, Database Design, Distributed Systems, Unit Testing, TDD, BDD, and DI/IoC.
  • Experience with some core technologies: C# .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, MVC, SQL Server is a plus
  • Proficient in Web development, Database development, and Unit Testing is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English is required.
