Job description

Overview of job

  • Manage and participate directly in the technical issues of the project.  
  • Analyze requirements, make options and develop technical solutions for the project.  
  • Anticipate, manage, and address technical risks, dependencies, and fear issues that could impact Team projects.  
  • Work closely with PM to monitor project status, risks and action plans.  
  • Review source code, guide, train technical skills and solve technical problems for Team members.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 5+ years of software development experience 
  • In-depth knowledge of front-end & backend  
  • In-depth knowledge of Ruby backend is a plus 
  • Understanding of project management methodologies 
  • Extensive experience in technical project leadership 
  • Strategic technical planning and execution skills 
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision- making abilities. 
  • Knowledge of agile development practices. 
  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. 
  • English good communication.
