Overview of job
- Manage and participate directly in the technical issues of the project.
- Analyze requirements, make options and develop technical solutions for the project.
- Anticipate, manage, and address technical risks, dependencies, and fear issues that could impact Team projects.
- Work closely with PM to monitor project status, risks and action plans.
- Review source code, guide, train technical skills and solve technical problems for Team members.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5+ years of software development experience
- In-depth knowledge of front-end & backend
- In-depth knowledge of Ruby backend is a plus
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Extensive experience in technical project leadership
- Strategic technical planning and execution skills
- Advanced problem-solving and decision- making abilities.
- Knowledge of agile development practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- English good communication.
