Overview of job
- Conduct user research (including quantitative and qualitative) to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify patterns, pain points and areas for improvement in user experience.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement changes and improvements.
- Perform usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of user experience changes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling way to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices related to user experience.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate user experience to identify areas for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with designers to crafts clear and concise copy for digital interfaces.
Job Requirement
- Required Experience: Two or more years of UX research experience.
- Experience with research methods: Knowledge of a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills: Proficiency in presenting research findings clearly and persuasively.
- User-centric mindset: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Collaborative nature: Ability to work effectively in a team and with various departments.
- Problem-solving skills: Aptitude for identifying user problems and thinking creatively about solutions
- Degree in relevant field: A degree in psychology, or a related field is preferred
