Overview of job
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to implement and optimize CRM solutions. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM functionalities and a strong understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Customize Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, and business processes.
- Provide expertise in Dynamics CRM functionalities, including sales, marketing, and customer service modules.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Dynamics CRM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Dynamics CRM.
- Maintain and update existing CRM configurations.
- Create and maintain functional documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features and updates.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Dynamics CRM functional consulting.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and best practices.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM customization and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power Platform, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- The ideal candidate will have familiarity in two or more of the following areas: .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, XML Technologies and Web Services. Working knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Win2003K Advanced Server, SQL Server 2008/2012/2016, SharePoint Portal Server 2013/2016, CMS, Office Systems, ASP, COM, VB, TCP/IP and general networking and Active Directory is required.
