We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to implement and optimize CRM solutions. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM functionalities and a strong understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. 
• Customize Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, and business processes. 
• Provide expertise in Dynamics CRM functionalities, including sales, marketing, and customer service modules. 
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Dynamics CRM. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Dynamics CRM. 
• Maintain and update existing CRM configurations. 
• Create and maintain functional documentation. 
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Dynamics CRM functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and best practices.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM customization and configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Power Platform, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• The ideal candidate will have familiarity in two or more of the following areas: .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, XML Technologies and Web Services. Working knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Win2003K Advanced Server, SQL Server 2008/2012/2016, SharePoint Portal Server 2013/2016, CMS, Office Systems, ASP, COM, VB, TCP/IP and general networking and Active Directory is required.
