Job description

Overview of job

For one of our clients, TOG Recruitment is looking for a General Office/Accountancy Executive, to work in Ho Chi Minh City. Our client is from the Netherlands and they are a global leader in pharmacy automation. They manufacture advanced high-end products and provide innovative solutions for safely distributing medications.

This position is particularly suitable if you have a background that can cover accounting, HR administration and general office management. We look forward to your experience and knowledge about Personal Income Tax, Insurance Process, and Labor Law. Additionally, we expect the new team member to have an Excellent organizational and multitasking ability to ensure that operations align with the company's goals and maintain compliance related to Financial (45%), HR (35%), Legal (10%) and Administration (10%).

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Excellent skills in MS Office software
  • Knowledge of Vietnam accounting laws and principles and relevant legal statutes (Personal Income Tax, Insurance Process and Labour Law)
  • Open-minded, social, and good at building relationships and connecting with people. Excellent contribution to building a great work culture, highly organized and able to develop systems and processes, prioritize, schedule tasks, etc
  • Strong time management and work organization skills
  • Proficient in reading, speaking and understanding English for work
  • Relevant legal knowledge is considered a plus
