Overview of job
- Manage small to medium projects using Agile/Scrum or other methodologies.
- Commit to project success and people development
- Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/ or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication
- Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed.
- Plan, monitor, and report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and project costs
- Participate in project estimation and bidding phase when needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information system
- At least 6 years of overall experience in software development
- At least 2 years of proven experience in managing teams and/ or projects
- Good at project management, people management and leadership
- Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills
- Able to learn and adapt to specific contexts, ELCA way of work, and culture
