Job description

Overview of job

This role may offer the opportunity for 3-6 months on-site in the US

  • Work with US-based clients and Vietnam development to understand business needs and develop technical solutions to support DevOps needs in Vietnam team as well as US team.
  • Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
  • Support and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy the latest technologies to deliver the product to global customers
  • Deploy product updates, identify production issues, and implement integrations that meet customer needs
  • Develop and improve business continuity planning and disaster recovery protocols for cloud-based systems
  • Maintain/monitor/troubleshoot issues in the internal environments in the cloud.
  • Develop new deployment pipeline for the core products to better control product quality, increase team’s productivity, accuracy and efficiency, and reduce product’s time to market
  • Design, promote, support containers, microservices and cloud deployment on AWS and support repeatable and friction-less Continuous Integration
  • Be responsible for building and running systems that make software engineering faster, better and safer
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader/ Manager.

Job Requirement

General requirements:

  • Upper-intermediate level of English level
  • Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Good for logical thinking and problem solving.
  • Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Technical Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience of DevOps across all Phases of the software lifecycle
  • Experienced working in an Agile, ITIL Process, fast-paced DevOps environment
  • Experienced in designing scalable systems, Azure cloud architecture and ensuring high availability
  • Proficient in building and managing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
  • Strong experience with DevOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins, Selenium, Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, Ansible, Chef, etc.)
  • Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation
  • Good knowledge of source control: Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket...
  • Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting using tools like ELK, Datadog, or similar
