For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Senior D365 Developer, to work in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. You will work closely together with partners outside Vietnam and will join one of the SCRUM development cycles. 

This role is a great opportunity for a Business Applications Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Our client is at the start of a major transformation programme expected to span four years which will involve the replacement of several applications with D365 F&O. They are a dynamic company and it is expected that the D365 and Power Platform solution will continue to develop post the initial implementation programme.

They are looking for a Business Applications Developer who will play a pivotal role in building in-house Line of Business applications utilising the Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations domain, Azure DevOps and background in X++ development. The candidates have experience in Power Platform, Dataverse would also be an advantage. Successful candidate will work within the their IT Development team to design, develop and maintain for IT projects.

Main Duties of Job:

• Design, code, test, and implement innovative customer engagement solutions in alignment with organisational objectives.

• Create and modify finance and operations app reports and workspaces.

• Monitor performance, analyze and manipulate data. Provide technical supports and troubleshooting issues.

• Create technical designs and implementation details, and implement permission policies and security requirements.

• Work collaboratively within the architecture team, adhering to Agile and MS DevOps development methodologies to ensure efficient and iterative project progress.

• Translate functional design specifications into detailed technical specifications, facilitating seamless implementation of customer engagement features.

• Work collaborative with other team members and stakeholders from UK.

• Ensure strict adherence to coding standards and best practices, contributing to the creation of robust and scalable software solutions.

• Attend daily stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint planning sessions

Required

• Must have 05+ years of experience in software development and 02+ years of experience in developing business logic using X++, SQL Server and C# programming languages for customizations & configurations for FinOps module.

• Be strong in D365 Finance and Operations domain. Deeply knowledge and experience using the underlying framework, data structures, and objects associated with the finance and operations solutions.

• Has experience in electronic reporting, financial reporting and SSRS reporting tool.

• FinOps integrations with external systems, third party systems including D365 apps of Dynamics 365 suite.

• Provide endpoints and APIs to support Microsoft Power Platform apps and external systems.

• Manage implementations by using application lifecycle management (ALM).

• Has experience in the use of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline.

• Familiar with Agile methodology and Scrum framework for software development process.

• Ability work well in individual as well as in a team across multiple locations.

• Good English communication both in verbal and writing.

Advantageous

• Experience in Power Platform and data integration solution.

• Experience in other business apps of D365 suite like CE, Project Operations, Field service....
