- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance Ensa's interaction capabilities and information delivery.
- Develop algorithms for personalizing investment experiences, predicting market trends, and optimizing investment portfolios for individual investors.
- Integrate and maintain a financial knowledge base for RAG, ensuring Ensa stays updated with the latest market information.
- Conduct research on market trends, historical data, and user preferences to enhance Ensa's recommendation capabilities.
- Work on MLOps to deploy and maintain machine learning models in a production environment.

Job Requirement
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development (mandatory).
- Experience with Large Language Models and building recommendation systems is highly advantageous.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Robust programming skills in Python and PyTorch.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in uncovering patterns and insights within data.
- A drive to continuously learn and master new technologies and methodologies (mandatory).
