Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including end-user devices, network systems, and peripherals at our warehouse. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth IT operations and providing exceptional support to internal staff and external offices.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain IT equipment including PCs, laptops, printers, projectors, meeting room devices, and other peripherals.
- Issue and retrieve IT equipment for end-users.
- Track and update IT asset status regularly.
- Receive and assist end-users and postal staff with IT-related issues.
- Guide staff in using basic IT devices, software, and equipment.
- Provide online support for operational postal branches.
- Assist in gathering information during network or system incidents.
- Support internet-related issues for offices, postal branches, and warehouses.
- Manage and resolve issues with cameras and surveillance systems at postal branches.
- Perform regular IT inspections at office sites, postal branches, and warehouses based on the manager's checklist
- Working at Top 3 Logistic Companies in Vietnam.
- 100% salary on probation.
- Review salary 2 times per year.
- 13th-month salary; Performance bonus and KPI bonus.
- Participate in 100% of Insurance on monthly salary.

Job Requirement
Location
Residence/hometown in Hung Yen or ability to move to Hung Yen to work (onsite).
Required Experience/Skills
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Proficient in installing and configuring operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Experience with remote support tools is an advantage.
- Proficient in configuring basic routers (VNPT, Viettel, Draytek, etc.).
- Knowledgeable in configuring cameras and recorders (DVR/NVR).
- Preference for candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar technical support roles.
Education
Graduated from a college or higher degree in Information Technology or related fields.
