Overview of job
Our company is seeking full time Technical Project Manager with experience managing complex software development projects using both traditional and agile techniques.
You are expected to possess excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English to liaise with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks and issues early and mitigating them.
- Communicate project status, risks, and timelines effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage project scope changes and ensure that any changes are documented, communicated, and approved.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure seamless collaboration across different time zones and cultural backgrounds to maintain project alignment
- Act as the primary liaison between the development teams and Australian clients, ensuring clear communication of technical requirements and project expectations
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and best practices in project execution

1 WORKING HOURS
- Working hours is flexible and the standard guideline is between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour break for lunch.
- Staff can start early and finish early to keep in sync with Australia working hours
2 LEAVES
- 12 days Annual Leave per annum. Annually leave is accumulated up to 2 years.
- Additional one annual leave day for every five years of service
- Sick Leave: 5 days paid per annum.
- Compassionate Leave: 3 days per annum

Job Requirement
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively.
- Exposure to the Automotive industry, ERP solutions or financial services is a plus
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate different cultural and business expectations across regions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact effectively with Australian clients and global
- Agile certifications (such as Scrum Master) would be advantageous.
