Overview of job
The role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to be part of an internally built and growing D365 specialised Tyme X team.
The D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant must:
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the following D365FO functional areas Finance, end to end supply chain management and Operations.
- Must have experience in end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, post implementation support and reporting.
- Must have experience in previous General Ledger setup and involvement in previous GL migration projects will be advantageous.
- Must have experience in budgeting modules from a Finance perspective.
- Must have experience in D365 ERP
- Must have experience on operating in Shared Services
Be able to work with both remote and onsite teams and customer teams to determine existing configuration, customisations and integration of business requirements.
Support the delivery team to comprehend the overall solution and what is required for application support.
Essential Duties and Key Results Area:
- Meet with stakeholders, obtain and analyse Business Requirements and translate these into functional requirements, functional design documents for system development tasks.
- Support the delivery team to comprehend the overall solution and what is required for application support.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and consulting skills.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills.
- Support the delivery team during testing (both system and functional) and deployments.
- Ensure Quality projects are delivered.
- Clearly articulate any expected challenges with implementing various projects and offer possible solutions or alternatives.
- Clearly explain any unexpected issues or problems encountered and offer possible solutions or alternatives.
- Think critically about potential impacts certain development projects may have on the existing system and be able to explain those impacts in an understandable way.
- Provide assistance to other team members by being open to brainstorming sessions, discussing possible solutions and assisting in reviews for projects delivered both internally and by third parties.
- Up to date with current D365 versions and technology trends.

Job Requirement
- Between 5 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services space.
- Effectively collaborate with business partners and team
- Strong verbal and written communication (English/Vietnamese).
- Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 certifications are advantageous.
- Proficiency in creating Functional Design Documents
- Proficiency in creating systems and user test cases.
- Works effectively with people from all walks of life.
- Proficiency in understanding technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can perform under minimal supervision and can adapt to changing environments
