Overview of job

• Work on projects in the Finance/Accounting domain.
• Gather business and system requirements from various stakeholders and document those requirements in the required formats.
• Acting as the bridge between the client to clarify the requirement with the development team (developers, QC, UI designer), both business and system analysis views, and the bridge among the internal team.
• Analysing change requests and anticipating their impacts on the current system
• Support in the application testing process: verifying test cases.   
• Support PM in the pre-sales process by analyzing, clarifying, and understanding what clients are looking for. Then, work closely with developers/technical leaders to provide solution overviews, write proposals, and present them to the client.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• Fluent in English (IELTS 6.0+)
• Have at least 3 years of Business Analyst experience.
• With significant experience implementing complex financial and accounting systems: general ledger, financial and performance reporting, modelling and valuations, asset registry, accounting, taxation, payments, banking, financial transactions, etc
• Experience in reading, analyzing, and developing diagrams (UML, BPMN 2.0)
• Experience with mockup design tools: Moqups, Mockflow, Wireframe
• Experience in working with the Agile model and software development team
• Experience in working with the international team

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in working with Agile model
• Have PSM I or PSM II certificates
• Experience with RDBMS: MySQL/PostgreSQL/MSSQL/Oracle
