We're revolutionizing the fitness industry with our state-of-the-art connected rowing machines. By integrating game psychology, we're making workouts both fun and challenging, and we're looking for a dynamic Art Director to propel our growth even further.
Your responsibilities are:
- Give ideas, and design direction for the company's game titles and product projects;
- Lead and inspire junior art staff to deliver high-quality, innovative, and effective design solutions;
- Communicating requirements, monitoring, and approving ideas, quality, and content (concept, context, environment, characters...) to the Art team;
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and artist departments to come up with solutions to perform the work;
- Professional guidance and training for artists;
- Capturing market trends, and aesthetic styles, to apply improvements to the company's products;
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Why you'll love working here
- Graduate in Fine Arts, Design, or related certifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Game Art;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Understanding of work, art creation process, UI UX, VFX;
- Ability to create, and understand the international game market;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
- Good communication in English (MUST);
