ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer/ AI Engineer to join our team and work on developing an internal enterprise chatbot using GPT and LLaMA models. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the machine learning models used in the chatbot. You will also work closely with our software development team to integrate the models into the chatbot.

• Develop machine learning models using GPT and LLaMA models to power an internal enterprise chatbot. 
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate the models into the chatbot. 
• Conduct experiments to optimize model performance and accuracy. 
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for model improvement. 
• Design and implement appropriate machine learning algorithms and architectures for the chatbot. 
• Implement and optimize distributed training of large-scale models on clusters. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in machine learning, natural language processing, and conversational AI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models to enhance user experience, automate processes, and elevate decision-making in banking.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to identify and execute AI opportunities across various banking functions.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models for tasks including test generation, code generation.
• Champion AI ethics and data privacy best practices in model development.
• Develop API interfaces to interact with model endpoints
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements, ensuring our AI solutions remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
