Job description

Overview of job

Management:

Planning product tasks follow Scrum Framework;
Work closely with development team to ensure products/features are well produced/implemented according to management requirements;
Risk management for deadlines and team tasks, regularly reporting progress to management.

Product Quality:

Analysis on data of product to have an overview of product and propose plans for improving product KPI (Retention, ROAS) if possible

Communicate well with multiple teams/departments (BOD, Marketing) to ensure transparent communication with everyone

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree
Have at least 2 years experiences in the Mobile Game Development, especially experiences in management and product analysis - Work experience in Agile/Scrum Development Team
Good presentation and documentation skills
Plus: Have knowledge on using Notion

Other requirements:

Good analytical and critical thinking
Strong self-discipline but be mindful with everyone
An excellent listener and good at other communication skills
Growth Mindset: embrace the challenge and learn
