This position leads a team of professionals acting as an in-house development provider to deliver system solution supplementing the needs of the Business Support Operation, where the vendor products are not capable for the requirement.

1. Resource Management

• Assign tasks to the team of developers in the manner of well balancing on workload aligning to their skillsets and business knowledge.
• Ensure the skillset and business knowledge redundancy among the team to avoid any risk of single point of dependence.

1. Project Planning/Management

• Work out reasonable project plans for in-house development projects.
• Manage the progress of the projects to achieve the target schedule included the following compulsory items - testing, integration, redundancy, security control, documentations, and operational support

1. Quality Management

• Ensure the deliverables are up to the quality standard from stakeholder/users and meeting international quality standard.

1. Rollout Management

• Define/Examine the test plans for the project included unit test, integration test, user acceptance test, and stress test.
• Examine the test result to determine the readiness of the project for rollout.
• Define/examine the training plan. Ensure end-users with proper training, rehearsal, trial of the project deliverable.
• Communicate properly with stakeholders/end-user for the rollout schedule.

• Determine the risks on development. Find the resolution for the potential risk
