We are Forix, a leader US-based company in eCommerce space. We are seeking a highly talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a vital role in identifying and addressing user needs to create frictionless online shopping experiences. You will partner closely with product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that optimize user experiences, improve conversion rates, and increase customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Research competitor sites as needed to assess ways to stand out against them.
• Analyze data related to customer journeys, purchase behavior and bounce rates in platforms like Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, and more, to gather insights, identify patterns, pain points and areas of opportunity.
• Generate actionable recommendations to improve the entire eCommerce funnel, from product discovery to checkout and post-purchase.
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to clients and developers.
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
• Manage and maintain a library of design assets and resources.
• Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
