Overview of job

• Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to internal and external parties
• Gather data and information for different sources, perform standardization/data cleaning and maintain combined database 
• Develop reporting dashboards in the business intelligence tool
• Interpret and analyze claim data, understanding the data to highlight opportunities for claim department 
• Present data in a meaningful way, formulate recommendations that drive key business decisions 
• Work with IT team to perform activities related to system enhancements and/or implementing new capabilities to respond to client reporting requirements 
• Consult with the business area on the complex system related 
• Advise Junior Data Analyst(s) on reporting and data analytics and review his/her works
