Overview of job

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using C#, PHP, Java, Python , Frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue), Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Leverage your cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Architect) to architect and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
Explore and implement AI/ML techniques to enhance software solutions and improve business outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends.
Mentor and develop junior team members to help them grow professionally.

Job Requirement

Degree of IT (Bachelor, Associate)
Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Technical Leader or Team Leader.
Proficiency in at least 2 of the following : C#, PHP, Java and Python.
Experience with Frontend development (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
Experience managing projects and delivering results on time.
Experience working with Japanese customers.
Good in English for daily communication with clients.
Japanese: ~ N3 is a plus
