Location: 2nd Floor – Anna Building – QTSC – Tan Chanh Hiep Ward – District 12 – HCMC.
As a key member of management team, this role is to implement the talent acquisition strategy and hire talents to the company. Working closely with stakeholders and colleagues create relevant and effective recruitment plans. The role will be an ambassador of the employer brand, candidate experience, talent mobility and commercial third-party supplier relationships to ensure we attract and hire the right people and capabilities to deliver business goals.
The role is aligned to the business’ values and business strategy and achieves commercial goals through the delivery and implementation of people strategies.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
** 50% Talent Acquisition
• Partner with HR Director, business leaders, team members to make the yearly recruitment plan
• Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting solutions for the team
• Plan and manage employer branding activities
• Assist in standardizing talent acquisition programs and processes in collaboration with HR Director, business leaders, and HR team
• Partners with HR Director and team members to define goals across the team; develop and motivate the team to achieve goals
• Builds talent acquisition’s reputation through positive interactions with stakeholders
• Executes strategic approach to achieve company goals in attracting and engaging talents
** 50% HRBP
Provide HR counsel to a large range of stakeholders on applicable policies, practices, and procedures.
Counsel on Goals Performance Discussion and Performance Improvement Plan
Work in close partnership with respective supervisors and trade union for any labor dispute issues, disciplinary incident or compliance issues
Partner with other HR disciplines and line management in driving HR strategies
Develop and deliver HR initiatives
Work closely with business to plan workforce and org. change
Employee Relation/Talent Engagement activities
• Lead and coordinate engagement surveys
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Work in close partnership with line management in Career Development Plan and Talent pool programs for team members.
• Lead performance assessment and annual review salary activities
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 2 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, at least 1 year experience as a HRBP is a plus
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting techniques (IT industry is preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
• Experience with measuring productivity in terms of recruitment.
• Knowledge of social media and professional networks.
• Able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
