Main Purpose:

• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to Infrastucture Team.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
• Install computer peripherals for users.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.

Key accountabilities:

• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
• Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

Education:

• Colleges Degree or higher.

Experience:

• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting.
• Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks and network infrastructure is a plus.

Work related skills:

• Networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
• Client service mindset.

Soft skills:

• Good English communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Teamwork spirit and ability of working individually.
