Position Objective:
- Be in charge of health project performance, leverage key performance indicators (KPI) to make recommendations for health business,
- Provide deep dive insights to Implement significant improvements across the customer health journey
- Manage Health performance portfolio, tracking dashboard

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage H&W projects performance and Dashboard (50%)
- Create dashboards promoting deeper insight to business performance
- KPI monitoring, analytics of all health projects to provide recommendation for business including KPI set up, reports, dashboard set up for each health projects, member engagement monitoring
- Perform necessary analyses to make recommendations on servicing, partnership, product offering, marketing & customer experience, etc
- Be in charge of project operation integration with Life operation including IT systems. Proactively propose the system solutions including system initiative or enhancement with related IT or Ops stakeholders to get systems ready for health projects

Manage and analyze health portfolio data to recommend business decisions as well as improve operational process health business (50%)
- Lead and develop analytical capabilities to drive business insight
- Consult with management and relevant stakeholders to define goals.
- Research, develop and implement data-gathering methods.
- Conduct advanced analytics to retrieve, compile, and analyze large volumes of data from disparate databases into distilled, actionable information needed by senior leadership to make decisions
- Manage key stakeholders to implement improvements.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies
- Champion a data driven decision making culture, and promote the application of analytics and technology to inform business decisions

Requirements:
- Education: BA degree. MBA/ Diploma is preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years work in project/ operation. Previous experience in healthcare, insurance would be an advantage
- More than 2 years of experience with PowerBI and SQL required
- Advanced expertise with Excel required, dashboarding and visualization experience in Tableau preferred.
