• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate the design of a product or website.
• Create visually appealing and engaging designs that are consistent with the brand's style and guidelines.
• Design interactions and animations that enhance the user experience and make it more engaging.
• Knowing Code and implementing designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
• Use analytics tools to measure and analyze user behavior and make data-driven design decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that the final product meets the needs of all parties involved.
• Manage projects and timelines, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Report to leader, and manager.

HARD SKILL REQUIRED:
