Responsibilities

• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers. 
• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.) 
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.

Your skills and experience

• 2-3 years experienced in UI/UX design (website/mobile) 
• Experience with printing products 
• Basic English (Reading and Writing Skills).
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Creative ideas with a problem solving mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics 
• Possession of ability to research, think logically, work independently or in groups, be agile, and keep attention to detail
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
• Have high responsibility for work and strong desire to stick with the company for a long time.

Essential Skills

• Any previous experience working on an exchange platform, crypto trading applications, or knowledge of the financial market will be highly advantageous.
