CILC System Development

• Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
• Give advice to IT staff on feature customization based on the requirements of the users.
• Manage the database (DBA).
• Keep the administrator account in CILC System.

CILC Mobile App Development

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and develop all mobile apps.
• Give advice to Mobile APP staff on feature customization based on the requirements of the users.
• Follow up on the performance and make some campaigns to keep the high loyalty ratio.

 IT Infrastructure Management

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of information systems for all sites.
• Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate, and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks, and information systems.
• Develop and implement related policies which follow up SBV and internal requirements.
• Budgeting the next 3 years' forecast for system operation and equipment. 
• Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
• Oversee the troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network operating system.
• Create, authority, and maintain user accounts for the network system.
• Oversee maintaining a current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
• Provide permission to access the data center and server room.
• Ensure high security of all technology and system operations.
• Make recommendations about the purchase of technology resources.

Help Desk Administration Management

• Oversee all helpdesk activities at the regional level.
• Respond to escalated help desk issues.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of our tracking software.
• Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.

Asset Management

• Build and maintains vendor relationships and manage the purchase of hardware and software products.
• Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware, and other IT supplies at the regional level.
• Ensure that company assets are maintained responsibly.

Human Resource Management

• Provide individual or team training and support on request from HR.
• Train IT staff about the existing technology and network system.
• Assign and schedule for IT staff on IT job.

• Degree in Software/IT/Computer Science. 
• At least 3 years of experience working in the position of IT Manager in Finance - Banking.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web Service.
• Good at MS SQL Server (relational database), and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of React Native.
• Knowledge of Firebase/push notification, and Google API.
• Experience working with RESTful API.
• Knowledge of IT Networks. 
• Knowledge of the Accounting and Finance processes is a plus.
