Job description

• Define the Product Strategy and Roadmap.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, outlining the key milestones and deliverables for successful delivery. 
• Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Specify market requirements for products by conducting market research.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure successful product launch and adoption. 
• Develop and implement functional specifications.
• Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, and translate customer needs into deliverable features through writing and refining epics and stories.
• Plan, manage, and control the product cost to make sure it is completed within budget. 
• Lead a team to deliver the product on time and within budget. 
• Establish metrics and goals for the product that aligns with the company's overall strategy.

Your skills and experience

• At least 2 years of software product management experience. 
• Have experience with Agile Methodology. 
• Must be experienced as Business Analyst in Wireframe and Functional Flow Design. 
• Proficient in English skills (Communication, Reading, Writing) 
• Having an understanding of software as a service. 
• Can manage multiple work streams and/or projects concurrently, and deliver on time. 
• Proven track record of driving high-impact projects that require strategic thinking, analysis, business planning, and execution. 
• Proven ability to innovate, especially in creating designs that go beyond what users ask. 
• Confident, solution-oriented, independent worker.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Having IT technical knowledge is a good plus.
