Job description

• Train junior team members to share knowledge.

Your skills and experience

Must have:

• 3+ years of working experience with Windows or Linux servers at Administrator or Engineer level.
• Good technical overview and knowledge for system optimization.
• Experience in public clouds (Azure is a plus)
• Experience in CI/CD with GitLab and Azure DevOps (GitHub is a plus).
• Experience in Kubernetes.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash or Python).
• Knowledge on Terraform.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge about methodology, time management, and ITSM concepts.
• Good communication skills in written & spoken English.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
• Good Windows PowerShell scripting skills.
• Knowledge on Ansible and WinRM.
• Basic Network and Database skills.
• Public cloud certification is a plus.
• ITILv4 is a plus.
• Working experience in an ISP or IT services provider company.
• Good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, and customer service skills.
