About the role
Sunbytes is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to enhance our client team in Ho Chi Minh City. Our client team in Vietnam collaborates with Netherlands team to deliver innovative software solutions.
The ideal candidate will be the inaugural member who potentially leads a dynamic team focused on developing financial software components for business loan processes.
As a Senior .NET Developer, you are expected to possess exceptional written and spoken English skills to communicate directly with our client team. Join us and become part of a dynamic, international team where you can grow professionally and make a substantial impact.
Responsibilities:
- Pioneering role: Be the first member of a newly forming development team.
- Lead the establishment and growth of the team while working alongside a Solution Architect.
- Independently manage and execute development tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with teams in Vietnam and the Netherlands on exciting cross-border projects.
- Develop and maintain .NET applications using distributed component architecture or micro-services.
- Utilize your expertise in event streaming, Kubernetes, Docker, and MongoDB to enhance products.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to guide and mentor team members.

Your skills and experience
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in .NET development with a proven record of building intricate applications.
- Expertise in C# programming language
- Proficiency in distributed component architecture or micro-services.
- Familiarity with event streaming, Kubernetes, Docker, and MongoDB is a significant advantage.
- Strong independent work ethic and ability to work autonomously on tasks.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven leadership skills, able to motivate and guide the team through challenges
It’s a plus if you also have knowledge of Angular or Reactjs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development.
- Successful track record in leading or mentoring development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative independently.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and continuous skill development.
