Job description

• Deliver strong internal and external stakeholder engagements to drive IT projects within the company. 
• Collaboration with internal and external subject matter experts to articulate and to define business requirements. 
• Manage vendor’s resources and ensure proper deployment of resources
• Generate and review specifications of applications, including UI/UX. 
• Identify, analyse and propose suitable solution architecture and designs with subject matter experts to support business requirements. 
• Consult and assist business units regarding any deployment of system changes or new system function, and manage the associated processes and deliverables, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and implementation activities. 
• Report to Program Lead and/or Product Manager and assist on project-related tasks as required.
• Other add-hoc tasks

Your skills and experience

• English communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written, to be able to interact and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders including diverse functional areas and cultures.
• University degree in computer science or engineering preferred. 
• Strong project management skillset - with experience working on Agile, Lean and Waterfall projects. Past experiences managing large-scale IT project preferred. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills 
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across different seniority level. 
• Excellent analytical and effective problem-solving skills. 
• Experience in requirements gathering (e.g. Workflows, Mockups, Use Cases) and translating them into user journeys. 

Working knowledge on the following: 

• Requirement documentations (e.g. user stories creation) and test analysis 
• Databases and data structure 
• User journey mapping 

 A recognized professional qualification in Project Management, Business Analysis or Agile will be advantageous. 

 Knowledge of Financial applications and Equity Trading will be advantageous.
