• Collaborate and work directly with clients in the United States to understand business goals and timeline. 
• Act as a strong individual contributor and provide leadership to a team of Oracle DBAs.
• Involving to hiring processes to find best Oracle DBAs teammates.
• Providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure the successful management and optimization of database systems.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle databases, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and oversee database upgrades and migrations, particularly from versions 11c and 12c to 19c, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum data integrity.
• Develop and implement database strategies, standards, and procedures to optimize system performance and maintain data integrity.
• Provide technical leadership and support for complex problem-solving, including troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.
• Manage and coordinate projects, including task assignment, progress tracking, and ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Develop and maintain documentation of database configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams.
• Strong expertise in Oracle database administration, including upgrades from versions 11c and 12c to 19c.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of DBAs in a large system environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with diverse teams and stakeholders.
