1) Project management
- Working with relevant departments to align necessary processes.
- Collaborating with product owner to clarify and align all business requirements.
- Collaborating with IT delivery team to track implementation progress.
- Collaborating with Sourcing team and IT to assess technology providers, and FIN for cost and benefit analysis.
- Detecting project’s barrier and collaborating with other teams for solutions.
- Proposing communication plan and setting success criteria of project.
- Taking responsibility for project update regularly to stakeholders, business owner and Exco.
2) Product management
- Create, define & manage the product backlog, epics for each sprint with Agile team.
- Plan and prioritize feature backlog, road-map with stakeholders
- Research and update new technology in market to digitalize partnership management.
- Researching user is required to understand user’s insights.
- Manage quality of features by reviewing the single sprint to ensure they are qualified to release to end-user.
- Accountable for achieving the overall results.
- Provide vision and direction to Agile development team.
3) Manage the stakeholder group
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements.
- Influence stakeholders to comply with IT process ( INI, ITIP, DELI,) for development.
- Report/Update to line manager and Business Owner about progress
- Transfer product knowledge to Training Dept, Sales Admin for preparing training material.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in related fields
- Have PO experience at least 2 years
- Have Project Management experience at least 1 year.
- Have knowledge about financial industry (especially consumer loan), FIN-TECH
- Excellent vision and depth in customer experience & organization and management skill
- Good at solving problem and attention to details.
- Communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Initiative/ innovative/ flexibility/proactive
- Open-minded, result-oriented, hard-working, team-work.
- Cooperation, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Good presentation and leading in meeting.
