Real Estate Doc (REDOC) is a B2B software platform that breaks the norm by converting traditional real estate and documentation transactions digital!  

Through digitalization and data-driven automation, the REDOC software helps to simplify real estate transactions, provides seamless workflow processes and improves sales efficiency in real estate and sales driven organisations.

Want to work for a Singapore-based Tech Company? We are looking for skilled Business Analysts to work with us and drive the change in the industry. 

Your responsibilities:

• Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements
• Creating functional specifications for solutions
• Transfer your knowledge to the development team and other members of the project team
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
• Document and report product status
• Contribute constantly not only to development but also initiatives to keep things moving forward
• The problem-solving, can-do attitude
• Collaborate with other team members

• At least 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large scale ERP System
• Strong Ability to translate business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Understanding of Agile and experience working in Agile driven environments with working knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA/Confluence)
• Ability in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business flows/diagrams, wireframing such as Balsamiq, Figma…
• Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user centric mindset or understanding
• Experience with financial and document management technology is a plus
