• Design UX/UI, app payment and company products
• Discuss and coordinate with relevant departments to determine product development goals and provide design direction in accordance with set standards appropriate to the market/customers.
• Develop and improve interfaces, features, and experiences to serve customer needs according to business orientation from time to time.
• Join the research and development team to create UI/UX solutions of product on Web, Web/App, Mobile, and Desktop platforms as required. 
• Evaluate and improve design processes /regulation/product to improve work efficiency and product quality. 
• Measure effectiveness and review quality, project progress, propose necessary change actions to improve work efficiency and product quality. 

• Graduated from College or University majoring in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Communications, Architecture and related majors
• At least 3 years of experience working at UI/UX Design position.
• Master the knowledge and general principles of Design system, Material Design, Flat Design.
• Proficient in Figma software, Adobe Ilustrator, Adobe after effects, ProtoPie, Photoshop.
• Proficient in Wireframe design, Userflow, Prototype, research and develop user interface.
• Knowing about Frontend or 3D design is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Read and understand English documents
• Monday - Friday (Working according to US time from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM) or arrangement by superior
