With the rapid development of our projects, we're looking for talented Embedded Test Lead to join our team.

• Definition of the discipline specific test strategies (i.e. System and Software test, System integration test, Planning and request of resources for testing (budget, capacity, test equipment, sample demand,…)
• Scheduling, tracking and adjustment of milestones in the testing activities for every release
• Communication and reporting, generation of overviews, management of the interfaces between the stakeholders
• Test specific documents: initial setup, versioning, maintenance and distribution, e.g.: Overall and discipline specific test strategies, roadmaps, resource plans, documentation of reviews
• Involvement in 5Why, 8D
• Technical consult/support

Authority:

• Request decision on definition of test cycles including start, end, and test scope
• Decision on variant concept and the main test variant
• Technical leadership of system- and software testers
• Cancellation of test cycle if exit criteria are fulfilled or entry criteria are not met
• Testing process compliance

• HCMC: Office Haus Building, 32 Tan Thang street, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu Dist., HCMC
• Hanoi: Capital Place, 29 Lieu Giai street, Ngoc Khanh ward, Ba Dinh Dist., Hanoi

Experience Level:

• From 5 years experience in testing
• At least 2 years experience as Test Lead

Qualifications:

• Experience in Automation system test is a plus
• Good at testing technique (certified ISTQB-Basic or above)
• Strong knowledge of SW process test full level testing (V model)
• Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
• Good English communication skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening)
