- Analyze customer requirements, software requirements, to determine the test requirements and ensure quality from medium to large-size features while reducing the system's tech issues in assigned projects
- Test web, mobile applications and check the consistency across devices, browsers, and operating systems
- Collaborate with team members and actively participate in identifying unforeseen scenarios and use cases
- Review acceptance criteria, developer notes, and documents to formulate test cases/ specs - test conditions, test scripts, actions, input data
- Carry out tests based on test cases and assess the status of test cases (Success or Error)
- Provide test scenarios, challenges, risks, test estimates … during test planning meetings
- Work with developers to analyze and find the root of bugs
- Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant position
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies/ ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Thorough knowledge of software testing life cycle
- Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Ability to handle both manual and automation tasks
- Good hands-on experience in API testing, UI responsive web application, Web and Mobile testing, DB testing skills
- Proficiency in any automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus
- English proficiency in both written and spoken skills
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate is a plus
