THE TEAM

At THE ICONIC, innovation drives us; we believe that innovation should not be sitting in a siloed team but rather be part of everyone and everything we do & deliver. Every person in tech has a voice and we find that our best products are achieved through collaboration (usually over a coffee in front of a whiteboard).

We have over 120 people in tech, not to mention 45 nationalities (and counting!) This means that our skills and experience are diverse, allowing for greater collaboration and constant learning. All of our teams are cross-functional, mission-driven and able to iterate from inception to production (DevOps mentality) without being blocked or having to ask permission from other teams. We love to move fast and validate learning using data (lucky for us our Data Science & Analytics team is also world-class!)

SCOPE OF ROLE

  • You will be working in an agile environment on enterprise-level, high-quality software and infrastructure to support THE ICONIC as a contributor to native mobile technologies and efforts in the online retail space.
  • Our team builds and operates The ICONIC iOS app, and continuously pushes for innovations and best customer experiences.
  • Annual Leave: 15 days
  • Sick leave/Mental Health Days: 30 days.
  • Occasion leave: 1 day.
  • 13th month salary.
  • Annual bonus: up to 3 months based salary (depends on company performance).
  • Home Workspace support: up to 7mil/person.
  • Learning budget up to EUR 500/person.

WHAT IT TAKES

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex architectural and technical problems
  • Ability to apply agile methodologies when it comes to lean software development
  • 3+ year experience developing native iOS app with Swift
  • Proficient with SwiftUI and Combine
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with maintaining CI and managing app releases

NICE TO HAVE

  • Knowledge and experience building mobile design systems
  • Experience with test automation
