We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will be responsible for leading project planning, requirements gathering, and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet business objectives, stay on schedule, and maintain the highest quality standards.

• Conduct in-depth requirements analysis, working with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope.
• Lead project planning sessions, set timelines, and allocate resources to meet project goals.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Software Engineers, and QA, to ensure alignment and progress.
• Oversee project execution, identifying and mitigating potential risks to avoid delays or quality issues.
• Utilize various AI tools to enhance project outcomes, bringing innovative solutions to product design and development processes.
• Monitor project progress and regularly report updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are clear, organized, and up-to-date

• Monthly Salary：20-25M

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software or technology-focused projects.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for integrating new technologies into project workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product teams.
