We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Product Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing product development, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including project management, software development, and QA to deliver high-quality products that exceed user expectations.

• Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand user needs, identify opportunities, and shape product direction.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business goals and user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Software Engineers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Gather, analyze, and document product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Track and report on product performance, using data insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric design and ensuring that each product meets or exceeds expectations.

• Monthly Salary：20-25M

• Working from Monday - Friday

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or arelated field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software or technology-driven companies.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to turn data insights into actionable product decisions.
• A passion for user experience and delivering innovative solutions.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
